Are you ready to provide a safe, decent, and affordable home for your family?

If you answer YES to the following questions you may qualify to become a Partner Family.

  • Are you a legal U.S. citizen ?

  • Have you been a resident of or employed in Henderson County for at least one (1) year?

  • Are you unable to obtain a conventional home loan?

    Is your current home overpriced, overcrowded or in disrepair?

  • Are you willing to help us build your new home?

  • Are you willing to pay a $900 down payment?

  • Are you able to make monthly mortgage and escrow payments?

  • Are you willing to attend and participate in home ownership workshops?

  • Are you free of foreclosure, repossession or bankruptcy within the past three (3) years?

  • Are you free of felony convictions and not a registered sex offender?

  • Do you meet the income limits listed?
